Ладонно — подошвенный синдром и ладонно — подошвенная кожная реакция на фоне длительного лечения новообразований
Аннотация
Показатели статистики для онкологической заболеваемости малоутешительны. С каждым годом растёт заболеваемость онкологией разных локализаций. В свете этих данных становится актуальным вопрос лечения, а вместе с лечением — освещение побочных эффектов. Одним из методов лечения по-прежнему остается химиотерапии с применением цитостатиков и иммунотерапия моноклональными антителами. В данном литературном обзоре освещен вопрос ладонно-подошвенного синдрома и ладонно-подошвенной кожной реакции, развивающихся при длительном лечении новообразований. Выявлены факторы риска развития данных эффектов, освещены особенности биохимии препаратов, вызывающих их, патогенез, представлены методы профилактики и лечения. Ладонно-подошвенный синдром и ладонно-подошвенная кожная реакция не являются жизнеугрожающими состояниями, однако значительно ухудшают качество жизни. Для пациентов становится затруднительным самообслуживание. Улучшение качества жизни является одним из основополагающих принципов лечения для всех практикующих врачей-онкологов.
