Проблемы лечения рака прямой кишки у больных старческого возраста
Аннотация
Проведен обзор литературы существующих подходов к лечению рака прямой кишки у больных старческого возраста, выявлены недостатки выбора тактики оперативного лечения и предлагаемых консервативных пособий, результатом чего является преимущественно повсеместный отказ от радикальных первично-восстановительных и сфинктерсохраняющих вмешательств. Проанализированы шкалы и методы оценки риска осложнений при консервативном и хирургическом лечении гериатрических больных колоректальным раком.
