Хирургическая тактика при семейном аденоматозном полипозе
Аннотация
В настоящее время семейный аденоматозный полипоз является достаточно изученной патологией, с доказанной генетической этиологией. Однако высокий риск развития колоректального рака, около 70%, требует выбор оптимального варианта радикального и менее травматичного варианта лечения.
