РОЛЬ ПРОТИВООПУХОЛЕВОЙ СИСТЕМНОЙ ЛЕКАРСТВЕННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ ЛОКАЛИЗОВАННЫМ И ПОГРАНИЧНО-РЕЗЕКТАБЕЛЬНЫМ РАКОМ ПОДЖЕЛУДОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ
Аннотация
В настоящее время хирургическое лечение у больных начальными стадиями рака поджелудочной железы является единственным способом, способствующим значительному увеличению показателей выживаемости таких пациентов и дающим шанс на полное излечение от болезни. При этом возраст пациентов сегодня не рассматривается в качестве противопоказания к выполнению оперативного вмешательства. В случае наличия показаний проведение адъювантной или неоадъювантной системной химиотерапии демонстрирует статистически достоверное влияние на отдаленные результаты лечения больных раком поджелудочной железы. Тактика лечения пациентов с наличием единичных отдаленных метастатических очагов и резектабельной рецидивной опухоли после предшествующего оперативного вмешательства остается дискутабельной в онкологических кругах. Целью настоящей работы является литературный обзор возможностей противоопухолевой системной лекарственной терапии у больных локализованным и погранично-резектабельным раком поджелудочной железы на основании анализа научных источников интернет-ресурса «PubMed».
